Wesclin’s successful spring musical

After months of hard work and practice, Wesclin performed another great musical. This year, the cast performed Into The Woods, a story that encompases fairy tales and comedy, The musical follows a baker and his wife as they journey into the woods collecting items to end a witch’s curse. The characters run into several other classics, such as: Rapunzel, Cinderella; Little Red Riding hood and the wolf, and Jack from Jack and The Beanstalk. The shows started on Thursday, March 28th, Friday, March 29th, and Saturday, March 30th, at 7:00pm in the Wesclin cafeteria. The cast included: Maddie Campbell, Owen Henderson, Loreli Counsell, Grant Jackson, Sonny Lunn, Theron Miller, Ryan Gladden, Chloe Wankel, Lydia Gajewski, Anjelika Donaldson, Sammi Jones, Erin Woods, Caroline Brown, Katie Doll and Aubrey Page. Senior Maddie Campbell, said, “I’m really sad that it’s my last show here at Wesclin but I loved getting to be a part of this musical. It was challenging for all of us but we worked so hard and enjoyed it.”
