November Seniors of the Month

Every month, three seniors are nominated by staff members for Senior of the Month. There are three divisions someone can be chosen for: athletics, organizations, or academics. The seniors selected are hardworking, dependable, bright, and generous. Brandt Goings, Kelsey Bray, and Anissa Mumford were nominated for November. Brandt Goings was nominated for the athletic division by Coach Ray Kauling for his dedication during his senior year on the varsity football team. For the organizations division, Kelsey Bray was nominated by NHS sponsor Jamie Block for how involved she is at school. Anissa Mumford was nominated for the academic division by WHS faculty members Kristen Oster and Jason Schleifer for being in the top 10% of her class. Jason Schleifer, teacher, said, “Anissa is a hardworking, intelligent student who always shows up to class with a smile. She represents all the best qualities of a Wesclin Warrior and is a worthy recipient of the WHS Senior of the Month.” Each recipient was given a check from Deien Chevrolet, a certificate, as well as a lunch with Mr. Isenhower.
