Brede’s Midterm Gathering at Wesclin

On Tuesday, November 6th, Brent Brede, Social Studies instructor, along with over 80 students, gathered at Wesclin to watch the 2019 midterm voting polls results. Mr. Brede offered food and attendance door prizes for the students who attended. Leading up to election day, Mr. Brede informed his students on how elections work on both local and national levels. When asked how the night went, Mr. Brede said, "The watch party was a lot of fun and I think it helped deepen the importance and understanding of the voting process for students."
