Wesclin High School's spring musical, “The Theory of Relativity”, will be showing on March 30th, 31st, and April 1st at 7:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. Ticket prices will be $8 for adults and $5 for students. “The Theory of Relativity,” by Neil Bartram and Brian Hill, follows the stories of 13 college students. Aimed towards an older audience, the show interprets real-life situations and decisions through mostly song. From one guy’s struggle of being allergic to cats, to a girl’s hard life as a child of divorce, “The Theory of Relativity” houses many relatable characters, and provides a variety of emotion. The cast includes: Josh Kelley, Chris Trimble, Collin Henderson, Owen Henderson, Grant Jackson, Sonny Lunn, Katie Richter, Shelby Ambry, Shaelyn Cunningham, Maddie Campbell, Angelika Donaldson, and Chloe Wankel. Students originally auditioned for the musical in December, and the final cast began practices right after winter break. After months of hard work, the students are excited to finally put on the show. ”The Theory of Relativity” director, Amy Page, said, “This is a new musical unlike any other production we have done before.”
